The process to sell my aunt and uncle’s home was seamless from the start with a phone call and a visit from Charles to look over the property and set expectations on what the process would look like.We were realistic in what needed to be done to clean and restore property to a sellable state.They were happy with the offer from the company we needed a little extra time getting moved never any pressure to be out closing was done after they had moved to Arizona and was done with a simple sales agreement and a phone call going over the numbers the funds were transferred to their account as stated without any issues.Charles made my aunt and uncle feel good about the decision to leave a lot of possessions behind that they would be donated to local charities and the rest disposed of.
